Ballots with Multiple Address
The Embassy of the Philippines informs the Filipinos in New Zealand, Cook Islands, Fiji, Samoa, and Tonga that COMELEC has received the ballots of the voters in the attached list, which bears more than one address.
If you find your name in the list, you can claim your ballots by sending us an email with the subject “Ballots – Multiple” to ov.wellington@philembassy.org.nz. Indicate your name, address, and contact details and attach a copy of your passport. Once we have verified your details, we will send your ballots to your address through mail.
