Those who sell them are not DFA or Embassy accredited. Collectively, the widespread actions of individual peddlers cause a major problem and sabotage the effective administration of the Global Online Appointment System (GOAS). Please do not transact with them. Beware – you could encounter major issues and the processing of your passport could be seriously affected.

Please help us improve our operations. Should you encounter anyone engaging in this unauthorized trade, kindly report them to the Embassy.

You are also welcome to submit comments or suggestions. The Embassy will do its utmost to address them. However, if the issues raised are beyond our capacity to solve, we will refer them to the DFA.

We thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Together, we can all learn to adjust and transition to the new GOAS.

Ang pagbebenta nito ay walang pahintulot ng DFA o Embahada. Sa kabuuan, ang malawakang aksyon ng bawat individual na nagtitinda into ay sanhi ng malaking problema at sumasabotahe sa epektibong pangangasiwa ng Global Online Appointment System (GOAS). Huwag sana po kayong makipag-ugnayan sa kanila. Babala – baka masabit lang po kayo at makaapekto ito ng seryoso sa pagproseso ng inyong pasaporte.

Tulungan ninyo po kami sana na mapabuti ang aming operasyon. Kung may alam po kayong sangkot sa di awtorisadong kalakal na ito, mabuting iulat sila agad sa Embahada.

Malaya din po kayong magsumite ng komento o mungkahi. Pipilitin naming bigyang lunas ang mga ito. Gayunman, kung ang isyu po ay higit pa sa kakayahan ng Embahada na lutasin, ang mga ito po ay maipararating pa rin namin sa DFA.
