Philippine Embassy officers and staff undergo a training session on the conduct of the online overseas voting in New Zealand and Pacific island countries for the 2025 Philippine national elections.

Embassy officials are deputized by the COMELEC to administer the overseas voting, which, for the first time, will be done online. Voting for overseas voters will begin on 13 April and will end on May 12, the day of the actual elections in the Philippines. Overseas voters may vote to fill 12 seats in the Philippine Senate and a Party List.
