Conduct of Overseas Voting for the 2019 Philippine National Election
The Embassy of the Philippines wishes to inform the Filipino voting public in countries under its jurisdiction, i.e., those in New Zealand, Cook Islands, Fiji, Samoa and Tonga who are duly registered/certified to vote, that the Overseas Voting for the 2019 National Election will take place during the following dates and times and in the following venue:
Opening of the voting periond | 13 April 2019, 0800H (NZT) |
Closing of the voting period | 13 May 2019, 2200H(NZT) |
Please note however, that voting processes will be suspended on 18-19 April 2019 (NZ time) in compliance with Proclamation No. 555, issued by the Office of the President, declaring these dates as regular holidays in observance of Maundy Thursday and Good Friday.
