One of the most difficult aspects of a diplomatic career is saying farewell to dear and esteemed colleagues. It's been my great honour and privilege to have worked with two of the DFA's finest - Edgar Matibag and Marc Asilom - who were the pillars of the Embassy's Consular and Assistance to Nationals (ATN) sections. They wind-up their tours of duty this month, and head back to Manila. I look forward to working with them again.
