At the sidelines of the 52nd Pacific Islands forum (52piflm) in Rarotonga, The Cook Islands, special envoy of the president to the pacific islands forum, H.E. Jesus Domingo, DFA Undersecretary, agreed with H.E. Ratu Inoke Kubuabola, Fiji High Commissioner and former Fiji Minister of Foreign Affairs and Defence, to explore enhanced cooperation in defense, police, peackeeping and diplomacy training to promote PH and Southeast Asian and Pacific Studies in each others’ countries. Fiji And PH mark 50 years of Diplomatic Relations this year.
