The public is advised that beginning May 2024, the Embassy will charge an Expedite Service Fee of NZD 17.50 per transaction/document for the following consular services which require issuance beyond the regular office hours or earlier than the normal processing period, including during consular outreach missions and on weekends and holidays:

• Notarials and Authentication/Apostille Services
• Visa applications
• Video Conference Hearings (VCH) and Certification for VCH

The Expedite Service Fees will be charged in addition to the regular processing fee as stated in the Embassy's Schedule of Fees which may be found here: https://philembassy.org.nz/consular/schedule-of-fees
