Ambassador Kira Azucena congratulates faculty from 19 state and private Philippine universities for completing the two-week Advance Short Course on Sustainable Dairy Production System for Selected Higher Education Institutions at Massey University in Palmerston North, New Zealand.

The course is a joint program between the university and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) as part of strengthening institutional links between the higher education institutions of both countries.
