Soft opening of the Honorary Consulate General in ChristChurch
The Philippine Embassy in Wellington, New Zealand informs the public that the new Honorary Consulate General in Christchurch, with jurisdiction over the South Island of New Zealand, will begin its operation on 02 December 2015, headed by Honorary Consul General Roger Bridge.

All services of the Honorary Consulate General are by appointment only. Please call their office number to make a booking.
The Honorary Consulate General will be offering the following consular services:
1. Authentications and Notarials
- Personal appearance of the signatories is required. Bring original passports and photocopy of passports of the signatories;
- If personal appearance is not possible, have the documents (i) notarized by a local public notary, (ii) authenticated by the NZ Department of Internal Affairs (DIA), and (iii) forwarded to the Consulate General or the Embassy for authentication. Enclose a prepaid courier bag for onward transmittal of the document.
- Processing time is 3-5 working days.
- Payment is NZ$37.50 per document.

2. Requests for NBI Finger Print Form
- To request an NBI Finger Print Form please bring a copy of your passport for the Consulate General to determine what type of form you will need.
- One form per request only.
3. Finger Printing for NBI Clearance Application
- Original passport and photocopy of your passport;
- Bring a passport size photo with white background taken within the last three months;
- Payment is NZ37.50.
