The Philippine Embassy will conduct a Mobile Consular Mission to French Polynesia on 21-22 September 2024, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, at Centre Vaima, 98713, Papeete, French Polynesia and will be providing the following services:

1. PASSPORT SERVICES

2. CIVIL REGISTRY SERVICES (Report of Birth, Marriage and Death)

3. NOTARIAL SERVICES (Affidavit of Support, Sworn Statement and Special Power of Attorney)

4. APPLICATIONS for RETENTION and REACQUISITION OF PHILIPPINE CITIZENSHIP (R.A. 9225)

5. OVERSEAS VOTING REGISTRATION

Please bring a copy of your latest Philippine Passport.

6. VERIFICATION OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS
