If you are a Filipino nurse bound for New Zealand to undergo the Competency Assessment Programme (CAP) and the date of your departure is this April, then your CAP provider can have its Guarantee Letter notarized by the Embassy in Wellington and its Consulates in Auckland and Christchurch. The cut-off date set by the Inter-Agency Council Against Trafficking (IACAT) is 30 April 2021. IACAT will consider the possibility of extension if the situation warrants doing so.
