PASSPORT SERVICES

3. For minor applicants, please bring [1] NSO/PSA birth certificate; or [2] Report of Birth (ROB) filed at the Philippine Embassy in Wellington. Deadline of submission: 13 October 2023.
4. For newly-married applicants, please bring [1] NSO/PSA marriage certificate; or [2] Report of Marriage (ROM) filed at the Philippine Embassy in Wellington. Deadline of submission: 13 October 2023.
5. DFA Global Online Appointment System (GOAS): https://www.passport.gov.ph/

The online appointment booking portal will be opened on 5 September 2023 (3pm NZ Time).

The Philippine Embassy advises clients that during the Mobile Consular Mission in Rotorua on 20-22 October 2023 from 8:00am to 5:00 pm at the Arts Village, Rotorua, the Embassy Mobile Consular Team will receive applications for the following:

1. NOTARIAL SERVICES (Affidavit of Support, Sworn Statement, Special Power of Attorney)
2. CIVIL REGISTRY APPLICATIONS (Report of Birth, Report of Marriage, Report of Death)

All applications for the above mentioned services will be received at the Consular Mission and processed at the Embassy in Wellington. The processed documents will be sent back to the applicants once completed through a provided return courier bag.

Clients who wish to apply for these services should kindly take note of the following before coming to the venue of the Mobile Consular Mission:

• Bring all required documents. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Check the following links for the requirements:

• Bring the application forms, duly filled out;
• Bring a self-addressed return courier bag with “Signature Required” sticker; and

Please note that there will be no photocopying services at the Mobile Consular site. Clients are therefore requested to bring photocopies of the relevant documents as requested.

The Embassy informs our kababayans attending the Pistang Pilipino in Rotorua that it will conduct its 2nd Multi-Agency Services Mission (MASM) Seminar on 21 October 2023, from 1.00pm to 5.00pm at The Arts Village, 1240 Hinemaru Street, Rotorua, in cooperation with the following Philippine agencies:

Office of the Defense Attaché (ODAFA) Canberra
Office of Migrant Workers (OMW) Wellington

The Philippine Embassy in Wellington announces that there is an Overseas Voting Registration during the Mobile Consular MIssion in Rotorua on 20-22 October 2023 from 8:00am to 5:00pm at the Arts Village, Rotorua.

Please bring a copy of your vaild passport to:

1. Register to vote in the 2025 National Elections
2. Update your address or other personal details on your voter record
3. Check your voter registration status
4. Reactivate your voter record (records are deactivated due to failure to vote in the past 2 national elections)
