1. PASSPORT SERVICES

2. CIVIL REGISTRY SERVICES (Report of Birth, Marriage and Death)

3. NOTARIAL SERVICES (Affidavit of Support, Sworn Statement and Special Power of Attorney)

4. APPLICATIONS OF RETENTION and REACQUISITION OF PHILIPPINE CITIZENSHIP Please see requirements at https://www.philembassy.org.nz/consular/dual-citizenship Those whom applications where accepted and processed beforehand may take their oath during the mission.

5. OVERSEAS VOTING REGISTYRATION
Please bring a copy of your valid Philippine Passport.

6. VERIFICATION OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS and ENROLMENT/ RENEWAL of OWWA MEMBERSHIP.
