Advisory on Ballot Mailing
The Embassy informs our kababayans in New Zealand, Cook Islands, Fiji, Samoa and Tonga that it has received all of the roughly 30,000 ballots, which the personnel are still sorting and verifying during this Holy Week.
As the postal services are unavailable during this time, the Embassy is coordinating with NZ Post to deliver the 1,600 boxes of stamps needed so that we could send out the mailing packets to you after the holidays.
Given the shipment and courier delays, the Embassy would greatly appreciate it if you could kindly mail back your ballot as soon as you have received it.
We have included return stamps inside your mailing packet to ensure that you can quickly send your ballot back to us for vote canvassing on or before 09 May 2022, Monday, 11pm New Zealand time (7pm Manila time).
Maraming salamat po sa inyong pang-unawa.
